How to make a purchase?

Ordering new genuine parts with amayama.com is as simple as buying a kettle in regular shop! Please see the step-by-step instructions below.

If you have the part number

If you don't know the part number — go to the section titled "If you don't know the part number".

• 3. You can review and edit your order. Click the "Proceed to secure checkout" button to start checkout:
  
  
  
  
• 3.1 Before proceeding to the checkout you have to login or register.
  We recommend that you use the fastest login method via social media.

• 3.4 Most of new orders have to be approved by our managers. We call it "Regular" order.
  Acceptance for such an order may take 1-5 working days.

• 3. You will see the applicable list of parts and approximate prices. Click on the link to see part details or add an item to your shopping cart right from here.
  
  
  
  
• 4. After that you will arrive back at the Amayama.com website part page. Please navigate to this step in the previous section.
