Mitsubishi Carisma was built in the Netherlands at the NedCar joint venture and sold in Japan as an import. It shared its production line with the S40/V40. Practical for longer trips with a large trunk, subtle styling, and standard side airbags/rear fog light. WRC “Evolution Carisma” name aided promotion.
